94 best year of hip hop
Ready to Die and Illmatic like Certain said
and
Wu Tang Clan Enter the 36 Chambers
technically released in November of 93 but come on that's only a month of 93 ,
that album is 94 as hell
its also the year that NY took rap back. West Coast really dominated 93 with the Dre's Chronic but 94 put the east coast back on top

the only thing you can argue for being better than reasonable doubt in 96 is the giant double disc all eyes on me
which is pacs best shit in my opinion. and it doesnt even make the top ten? you put makaveli above it? why? cuz hail mary? cmonson. if all eyes on me was a 3 disc release, with that included it wouldve been the weakest disc

Part of the problem is that the Outlawz sound like Internet rappers to me. Off-beat, high-pitch, trying to use big words for no reason.

the best hiphop ever released.
