Deleted my cookies and shit for some dumb ass reason... next time I went to log on my google account, the email no longer existed. But, my google+ account and youtube account still exist and I can no longer access them! Fuckin awesome!

Anybody got any advice as to how to recover a google+ / youtube identity if the email was deleted and/or changed?
