I filled out a claim for 3 jars of Nutella as part of a class action lawsuit against Nutella's parent company in 2012. Money came today

Apparently someone successfully sued them for insinuating that Nutella is healthy am misleading consumers

Life is good NCGs

Long story short

I sued a guy for my hospital bills and won (I still have to pay because you can't transfer hospital bills over to another name)

Anyways...This happened in Indiana

they have this shitty law where as long as you are paying $5 bucks a month your are safe from any further ramifications

I've been getting a $5 check with my name on it for 6 years or so and will continue until
the year 4009

BALLING!!

Lmaooooo that's fucked up. There's really no way to get the full amount or a bigger part of it? That must be awful if you're strapped for cash and have medical bills

He was forced to give me a decent amount up front, but it was a fraction of the total, something like a thousand I believe.

But that's their law, 5 bucks minimum

Kroger

I put in my two-weeks notice because i was going to boot camp, they rejected it and fired me.

anyway...
class action lawsuit for racism. they lost, and every black employee that was fired during the time period the plaintiff proved that this happened, got all their state tax money back (that was taken out of the paycheck), plus some coupons and shit.

it literally paid to be black.
