2.5lb of fat trimmings from 16lb of bottom round.
My jerky business is OOC. Can't keep up with demand. Website sold out of jerky in less than 12 hours and that was without public announcement until 4h prior to sellout.
I got a business I didn't want, what do I do?

if i scaled up to where i needed help it'd be a full on side-job rather than a hobby with a nice dinner out sized profit.
the demand is there though. just don't think i want to turn this into that.

lol nose candy.
I'd have to think that glass falls in the same cat as ceramic. Probably not good for the knives.
But it's better then wood and plastic.
If of course, purchasing new knives often isn't an issue.
