Thank you from Paris,
you should know that I’ll be gone,
but if it’s up to me,
I won’t be gone for long.

The pictures that you always took
were carried in your pocketbook,
and now you wonder where they’ve gone.

Those tears in your eyes,
wipe away as soot,
but your body still screams.
Would you stop them if you could?

Sometime after noon,
somewhere in the trees,
you tried to take your breath away
to see how you could breathe.

Life’s not always beautiful,
but it’s always, at least.
You have cigarettes and sun shine,
and pray for Autumn in the breeze.
Say, Mr. Tambourine Man,
won’t you play a song for me?

I hate to keep you awake,
but it won’t be long, I think.

Please, pay no mind
‘till you’ve caught up with your dues.
And won’t you ask for me,
how much dreams cost you if you lose.

Keep away sunshine
and with it all your sand,
and run, child, run,
‘till your feet hurt to stand.

When you’re back,
I’ll ask you where you’ve been.

This was pretty sweet brah, the imagery throughout is awesome
I enjoy the impeccable wording you bring to the table, its amazing
the poetic prose brings added enjoyment to the very end, bravo
this was some of the nicer work Ive read lately that Ive been able to enjoy
some nice work right up in this section here

Those tears in your eyes,
wipe away as soot,
but your body still screams.
Would you stop them if you could?

Sometime after noon,
somewhere in the trees,
you tried to take your breath away
to see how you could breathe.

I liked that carrying into the tambourine man section
it paints a scenery as well as adding a certain perspective in few words
smooth work here man..
