Ive never really had much money I got like four grand in bank one time but usually I don't make much and it's a process like algebra calculation shit and anyone else who want it but yeah I'm usually down without much to spend it all
Always kinda wondered what a billionaire would spend his money on...I mean a billion dollars? Lol who has a billion dollars know what I mean he could but everything and then pay himself every time you needed something or perhaps only wanted to do

You have never had the opportunity to amass enough debt in any way or firm that bankruptcy would help you
Case dismissed.

i filed back in 2005, cost me $1500 as single, not married.
erased everything i oweded, except Federal school loans.
bankruptcy stays on your credit report for 7 years. During that time, you can start rebuilding your credit, but don't even dare try to buy a house or get any loan until after that 7 year period is over. After those 7 years your credit report is pretty much clean and then you can start considering options like private loans, mortgage loans, etc. If you owe too much money you know ull never be able to pay back without killing yourself working, it's definitely worth filing. Big corporations file bankruptcy multiple times and just resurface under a different name.
word, thank you Eviscerate. that was the info i needed.
also. was there any tie in a court room involved...? lawyers and that kind of shit?
1500 aint to bad considering i owe at least 30,000 in debt i can think of off the top.
7 years is a long time... but i guess its worth a new start

No court rooms at all. Only some visits to your Lawyers office. the lawers do it all. u just provide them with the info of who you owe.
