If so, then you would understand at least a little bit the levels of technicality that guys like Pun, Biggie, Pharoahe, etc mastered. As far as opinion, whether or not you like the content is opinion, but technical skill is measurable.

I love KRS, but did he have the technical ability of an Eminem, a Pun, a Big L...absolutely not.

It's only one aspect of what makes an artist great, I respect that, I'm not saying it's the most important either, that is opinion too. It's also only one aspect of lyricism...I think people mistake lyricism for technical skill, for me great lyricism also includes great story telling, writing in a way that connects emotionally with the listener...which is why I consider Pac a top lyricist, but not a top technical rapper. Which is also why I didn't say best lyricist in this title as that would not be my opinion.
