I weigh 205, G. That's less than 1.5g/lb. Plus, if I need 3300 at this point to put on lean mass, protein has to be at a certain point to hit the calorie number without unnecessary body fat. As I add calories, protein will stay the same and carbs will increase.

and yes, this was absolutely my diet when i was deadlifting 500lb, except more protein shakes and less protein bars.

i'm probably healthier now than i was then, come to think of it, since i've cut waaaaay back on my drinking (thanks to my pax 2 <3 u boo).

work smarter, not harder. i do a 2 day/wk 5/3/1 now instead of 4 day/wk. then train 3x/week.

Showered...

Used some regular ass soap, washed hair and beard with some faggot egg protein and coconut shampoo.

Coated dick and balls in Vaseline (it just felt right)

Clocked in at 7:59

Oh yeah, Friday is casual... rocking jeans that feel too tight and a THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID shirt (my boss is a lesbian who looks like Go Diego Go with Al Pacino's haircut from Dick Tracy). I also put on some Degree and 3 pumps of Chrome to the chest, ass and dick regions. Put on the Sketchers with the memory foam (not stylish, but gottdamn son, there's zero fucking carpet where I'm stationed right now and my other shoes can't fuck with)

Had a big cup of coffee and a Cliff bar.

Started back drawing on Fallout Duck facing nuclear winter.

That's where I'm at now at 9:41 am.

I always want to clean up my diet but the hardest part for me is I'm not just feeding myself and a lot of clean foods are really bland for a kid's pallet.

I always want to clean up my diet but the hardest part for me is I'm not just feeding myself and a lot of clean foods are really bland for a kid's pallet.

I don't eat wat I posted on that list everyday.....but alot of it I do... dinner varies alot

I try to get her to eat as much of the "clean" stuff that I can.....but if I'm being completely honest 75% of the time I'm cooking seperate meals for her. She's pretty picky. It's easy tho Cuz I'll cook my meals in bulk an then just microwave them real quick an then I can cook for her with little extra effort spent that day/night. BUT if ur serious I would legit help u to clean up ur diet....doesn't have to be "bland" shit....I marinate the fuck out of my chicken, I eat cheeseburgers, I eat steak.... I eat bagels, donuts, poptart etc.....even just making urself a shake w sum fruits an veggies could be a step in the right direction. Overall though if ur just trying to lose some weight an feel healthier just need to figure out the amount of calories ur body is currently spending a day to fuel u an then eat less then that (there's tons kf websites that will do this for u or I can help u if u legit want)

I try to keep my bread consumption to a minimum too. I don't do many supplements, at the most I would do whey protein, and bcaas. But for awhile now it's been just whole foods I get my nutrients from. Some of the staples in my kitchen: bananas, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, kale, peanuts, raisin bran,.canned tuna. I eat alot of fiber and alot of protein. I vary my workouts alot, to prevent that plataeu effect. One week I'm lifting heavy and deep stretching a lot, the next week im lifting for reps and doing alot of HIIT training. consistency is my biggest asset. Truthfully pure genetics help too. I squat alot and jump rope. Jumping rope is very underrated. Idk really i dont stick to a regime. Its a long term lifestyle so im constantly changing things, trying things, and fluctutating. I can gain/lose weight fast. I guess im slightly above average height wise 5'11, 6ft when it rains. 210 lbs currently but my ideal weight is 200. My one issue is calf development, like most people. Yea I hear that for sure. The impact on the knees and things from jumping rope and running can be a problem. I've felt it myself. Knee issues are issues I want no part of. I do take in carbs tho, not as much as I used to but enough to keep me energized. I eat a lot of brown rice and sweet potatoes. Plus oatmeal literally almost every morning. So but yea u understand why I'm eating like that an u just breaking my balls for the sake of ur ratchet TV dinner defense lol....but every carb is calculated. ...so I'm not having a "cheat meal" post work out ever. An sugary fruits restore glycogen to the liver more so then to muscles so that's not optimal to my purposes. Carbs are sugar in their broken down state so to just say oh poptarts r sugary garbage is just too basic of an Outlook to the actual nutrients we r looking for.

Ultimately tho....yes.....I could prolly fit a calendar lunch into my day.....but why? I could prolly fit a slice or 2 of pizza in just the same an actually enjoy it for the sacrifices I'd have to make to alter the rest kf my diet for the day

Supplements r really prolly the least important to me honestly. Protein powder is helpful since it's pure protein but I could do without it. I get like 10lbs for 50 bucks tho so fuck it. Creatine is prolly the most important because I'd have to eat a truck full of meat to get the same amount from food that I get from the supp. Im actually done w bcaas an gkutamine cuz i feel like theyre a waste if money. Fish oil helps w joint pain mostly. U could Google omega 3s an get a grocery list of good benefits from it tho.
