Snoop dogg - doggy style is pretty funny. The chin nut / dick in your mouth one cracks me up. Might be from a different album though but I think that's the one. Also 50 cent when he has two chicks gossiping about ja rule

The Ghost Weed skits on De La Soul's AOI: Mosaic Thump are classic, especially Pharoahe Monch's.

this got me thinking - who was the first rapper to put skits on their albums? why? to my knowledge, other genres don't have them, or at the very least skits aren't as common in other genres. why? Certain kannon PancakeBrah and whoever else has musical expertise.

The skit is one of the many innovations De La Soul brought to rap. I am not sure if 3 Feet High and Rising's skits were the first, but they were the first that became a distinct and important part of the album. De La Soul and Prince Paul wanted the album to feel cinematic, so they added an overarching plot between tracks. Then De La Soul Is Dead perfected the skit (though the music is less consistent).

There's an outro on Talib Kweli's Gun Music...
It's not epic but I always laughed at it when I heard it...It's funny.
ladies love... why shouldn't they love him?
There is also an outro (I wish I could find it-- simple internet searches are not helping me)... It basically just plays a snippet from the Swingers movie, where he says something along the lines of so I host an open mic... big fuckin' deal
