get hiragana/katakana/or kanji translation of the title and try searching that

or if you can find it get the ID number (if it even has one?) but most jp porn have an ID number that usually will somthing like a 3-4 letters and then 3 numbers like MIGD-456 or something. tho, I don't actually see one on the cover.
