You could host the site for free if you wanted to with that bandwidth.

ATT minions came to my door every fucking weekday at my old place when they were laying it out or whatever

If I still lived there I might've taken them up on it. Please report back to HQ W results

Yeah plz report

Wondering how close to 1 gb it really gets

Unfortunately have the spectrum dynasty in my area and never got advertised speeds with time warner in the past 15 years

Also by looking at the coverage map and knowing how well google fiber faired in upstate ny I don't think I'll ever see this :(

dope

i've got 20mb/s down speeds and i already feel like stuff downloads ridiculously fast lmao

but this is pretty recent. if i was downloading a 10gb game i was used to just being resigned to it taking days to finish

so now when one is done in 1-3 hours i'm like WTF ITS THE FUTURE

when in reality its like 2009

1 TB is where my data cap started at. I still go past that sometimes.

Getting the unlimited isn't worth it though. I don't always use that much.

data cap shit is fucking terrible though. wackkk

I'm guessing it's worth the price if it's worth a thread. Been thinking about upgrading

only 70/mo for 1GB since i have directv already

100 would have been 40 or 50

Nice. The main hub for Google Fiber is right down the street from me. It's free in my apartment complex. Unfortunately, I'm done illegally downloading stuff. I feel like a sucker.

torrenting would be a breeze with that kinda speed

I get 20mbps at my house. Fits my needs. I'm not usually lagging on my console and other people are with better connections supposedly. I think it's more who you have available to you. Time Warner/spectrum has always been solid. But everyone I know with Comcast says it's awful. Their 50 up/down packages hardly ever get close to that and those people usually pay 100+ a month. I'd be livid.

I'd rather have DSL than that shit.

Obvs, point still stands tho. You're beating most hosting companies' whole bandwidth at your house.
