Brockhampton which is already mentioned is dope af. I also think Rich Chigga got potential, depends where he takes his music. I enjoyed the feature with Ghostface and that Who That Be track of his. But I can see both of those tracks by Rich Chigga growing old on me real fucking fast.

Isaiah Rashad got mad potential as well, only one released album so far. If he keeps it going it could turn to something imo, specially with 13 million views along with a lot of views on some of his other tracks as well, released a year ago and personally tied with Brockhampton for me:
