Friendly check in is key to building up disappointment for an inevitable no show

oompa, loompa, doopa dee-dah,
this dorito colored presidency looks like paul walker's car

the faux tanning, grandstanding, tiny-handed, incestual cocaine abuser
reigns king turd on a shit mountain spewing mouth-breathing petulant losers
each selfish policy chokes harder than a dozen eggs could choke prodigy
and every dumbwit quick twit from his twitter gets rolled harder than the hardest molly
imma grant his wife's a hottie but the broad's wall for entry's awfully spotty
cos she let that cheeto dick near her twatty and pushed a retard kid up out her body
y'all let this walking brand of a self-made man convince you he's your savior
so with that i'll let his actions speak unto your point - it's futile to be labor.

However the fuck I got famous is truly a sin
I play the same fuckin retard in every movie I’m in
Ever since ’96 my career has gone south
That’s the year Brendan Fraser kicked me off of his couch
He went on to success and starred in The Mummy
While I went on to not being funny
I starred in In The Army Now -- what a childish movie
It just made people wish I’d really enlist and get killed in the line of duty
I also did Jury Duty -- that job ain't easy to do
Your honor, I find the defendant guilty of wheezing the juice

Blah...

I WIN!

"Diode vs" "Pinot Grij" may be my favourite accidental multi for a while.

Anyway, let's get down to this ish:

Diode, this reminded me somewhat of my Humpty Trumpty verse tbh only mine was way better. You had a more kind of battle style verse here I felt with all the hyperbole in the lines and whatnot, which was cool but felt out of place somewhat to me. I enjoyed top of shitheap mountain or whatever you said, I'm too lazy to scroll back up but it stuck in my mind like a cheeto dick in a twat. It was brief, didn't really say too much that hasn't been said previously but it was slightly enjoyable I guess

Pinot: Very similar approach (I know you posted first, so Diode probably copied your take in truth) very battle orientated sounding even though i feel you did it better. I loved the "you went on to not being funny" line even if ULLR would have probably loved an ellipsis in there to make the pause correct before delivering it haha! Very cool style, typical Pulse, effortless which I imagine it truly was for you.

I've got Pinot winning.

This was cool
Dont think ive ever read a diode verse. It was entertaining.

Had to go with pinot. Tho. Thought the comedy was a touch better there and i enjoyed his a style a bit more. Been a while since i read a pinot verse also.

This was short sweet and entertaining tho. Closer than my vote suggests. Thanks

Ok so I’m going with diode here.

Pinot verse was ok not because it was badly written,, but more so the topic. Pauly shore? I dunno man lol. You did state facts and so forth but catchy humor I’m used from your verses wasn’t there. The topic failed u bruh.

Diode was a bit more technical with his wording witch made his verse a bit more interesting but his topic was also bland lol. What helped diode here is he had much more to work with and wrote his verse with a bit more humor.

Good battle

I liked Pinot's because it was easier to digest from a writer's aspect and I thought it was more tongue-in-cheek than Diode's.

I couldn't put a finger on what I didn't like about Diode's because it had points of decent humor mixed with poignancy, yet it seemed choppy and haphazard.

Vote - Pinot.

I don't really have much to say about either verse, I don't care about politics and I don't know who the fuck that actor is lol.

diode's verse almost pushed the "too long" on some lines but just managed to keep in check for me, had some multis and a feeling to them that I'm a fan of, but there were a couple places I wish he had placed an "of". last line... not sure. it felt weak to me, but I might be missing something about labor?

pinot's verse was mostly on point, again a couple places that I think a "filler" word could have really announced the flow and still read perfectly. even though I don't know who the actor is, I understood most the references, except the last line, which again, felt weak (but probably cuz I don't know the reference).

ehhh, mvgt pinot

FYI pinot posted a no show comedy verse and I assured him I'd match the effort

Pls don't judge either of us as writers by these entries lol
