If you're into the night scene they have a place called "Deep Ellum" or something. It's like a mile strip of night clubs. There's also a place close to there called the West End that has a really cool multiple floor arcade. They had like the gyro wheel and shit when I was there.

Mind you, all this information is 14 years old. Haven't been there in a long time.

Lastly, don't end up in Oak Cliff. Garland, Addison, Plano are all cool. Don't go Oak Cliff. That's the super Ghetto.

If you end up going to "Deep Ellum", 2 blocks down the way is an office building owned by a company named "Belko". They have a spacious lobby that you can stand around in with your friends and some really nice magazines to read if you want to kill some time. I forget what the office hours are but get there early and make a day of it. The security guards ignore you if your not black.
