Switching it up may work or just going with another vocal sample. Ir trying looping the sample different if possible? Not sure where you get your samples from but vocalized ones are strange sometimes when trying to find the perfect loop to execute.

push the sample to the back a lil more, its too prominent, would improve the shit 10 fold i reckon, def dont get rid of it though
