What's your work schedule? I know 3M is no joke when it comes to the production side. You work overnight?

Ok. So look at the month of october. My shifts are the red and the green. Black and purple is the other crew that makes up my unit. There is 3 or 4 people in a crew atm. Because some crew are shorthanded. 4 is the ideal number per crew. 2 people for each side of my work area. The red dates are my day shifts. The green dates are my night shifts. And then i work over time which would carry over into another day shift after my day shifts. Or it would carry into a night shift. There are two complete crews. Four in all. A crew. B crew. C crew. D crew. A and b crew make up one complete unit. So my crew, a crew. Would work days. And b crew would work that night shift. So We have whats called mandatory coverage. So if someone from C crew calls out or something. Its mandatory that someone from my crew covers that shift. I would never cover b or d crew cause then id end up working 24 hrs straigbt. Does that make sense? Its kind of wierd how its formulated but it works nicely.

I end up getting ot whenever i want rly. Cause someone is always out or short handed for some reason in c crew.
