Dont go to school losers

Get a job. I just got another raise. Im making 800 a week after taxes and i dropped out of high school, smoke weed, drink, do blow, have sniffed heroin, regularly enjoy the company of prostitutes and fist fight vagrants who ask me for change

Im 2 grand away from paying off my debts (medical and credit ignorance related) and do whatever i want always

School isnt the answer.

I got this raise because they just fired the 6th guy theyve hired this year to work beside me. They go to tradeschools and other horseshit and get out and know nothing. Its like going to college and playing qb for navy. It doesnt get you ready for the real world.

So since i was doing these bums work for them anyways i leveraged it into more money.

The moral of the story

Those rapist mexicans didnt go to a trade school, they just raped and learned on the job. Like a real american.

Eh.

When I worked retail I was making 55k a year while finishing up school lol and there were people above me that made 80-120 k a year without a degree. Granted they had been in retail for 20+ years and managed to not kill themselves but maxing out is anyojes choice. Uh oh could easily save up and get his credit right to buy this shop in 10 years and be a small business owner.

Experience will take you farther. Typically when I interview, I look for experience not education. Book smart and industrial smarts are 2 different worlds, while consumer science is good but I'd rather someone who's been working in an industrial environment for 10 years over some one who just graduated with a PHD for industrial environments.

821.16 is my weekly check after taxes

550 rent
140 health insurance
60 car insurance
90 phone
100 electric

those are my bills. 940 is my monthly nut basically.

when you can pay roughly, what, 90 percent of your bills with 1 weeks pay, why do you need more than that?

there is an illusion that you need those things to be employed, which is nonsense, and a waste of time. certification programs can help you progress in the field, but they aren't going to help an inexperienced person get a job.

it's gotten so thin in trade schools (iron workers, flooring, pipe fitting, ect) that most no longer require a high school education.

Yeah but he's also saying fuck trade schools. He's calling out all forms of education.

Again, without any of those (with very few exceptions) in 2017 you are going to peak around where I stated in most of the country.

nahhhhh

pretty sure its all malarkey based on my expert anecdotal evidence

want to be a carpenter? go get a job. you learn on the job. you make money. you can run your own crew. you make as much as you are able to.

there is no imaginary maxing out point when you become your own employer. sure you can max out as a roofer if you never want to progress past carrying shingles up a ladder

but you don't need to go to a trade school to progress dummies

DO you have 3 months worth of paychecks in your account that can be untouched/not needed ever.

That is typically the rule of thumb for "Living comfortably."

80% of small businesses fail within the first 18 months.

Of those that survive, only half make it 5 years.

Of those that make it 5 years, only a third make it 10 years.

Manufacturing is also becoming a trade. I know here in NY and PA - the BOCES edu program is offering classes.

These classes are basically reviewing raw commodities and the conversion from raw to finish goods along with PIT certifications and material handling.

I think it's clever.

In the last 6 months, I've interviewed grown ass man childs/so called men who've never touched a hand tool or knew how to read a fucking tape measure. It's truly sad to the point, I went home and asked my wife to read off some measurements for me and my 13 and 8 year old kid and they read off any measurement I pointed out. These grown man child/so called "MEN" could not or even distinguish the difference between CM and IN. Like really?

The fuck has society become.

All and education will do is ensure you are living comfortably.

Someone with an education is likely to make more money in the same field as someone without the education.

Kind of like, education guy is in the management level, or is hired at the management level vs someone without the education starting at the bottom/lowest position and working his way up through internal promotions.

It's a piece of paper that confirms knowledge - not field experience - all though some diplomas confirm field experience but not people or business ethics lol.

It's stupid if you ask me but I get it.

Would you hire someone off the street who dropped out of 9th grade (With no experience) at 6 figures to help at the senior management level or would you hire someone right out of college, whom has a degree in business management?

Now, if that 9th grade drop out had a legit minimum of 5 to 10 years at the executive level, I'd definitely take him over the college grad, without a doubt.

More than 97% of people are useless garbage so of course they would fail at making a business successful

Statistics are pointless mostly so I won't look for any but since you have them on retainer for everything everything how many of those businesses don't make it psst those milestones because of mergers/buyouts that earn the entrepreneurs a good chunk of change?

A lot of major businesses in retail aren't making it because of ebay and Amazon but mostly Amazon.

I mean, Macy's is planning to shut down or have shut down a total of 1,800 stores before the start of the new year.

Same thing with Sears.

And these are basically main attractions to the majority of our shopping malls and plazas which is sad.

~RustyGunZ~
10-31-2017, 11:47 AM
Small businesses are thriving as those companies shut down stores though

If sears was just an appliance store abd didn't spend the money on the big retail spaces/extra inventory for clothing and electronics they would do much better

Places like tj maxx and Burlington and Ross are killing it though
