At about 70% functionality. Reset the keyboard onto the Mobo after I got it back, boot it up and all the keys worked. Snap keyboard back in, reboot, keys fucked. So I have to use my on screen keyboard to log in. Lol once I get the log in I can pull up my files but it's running slow. I can crank one tonight but it's gonna need to be some real simple shit, no instruments. I'mma have to go on some Wu shit. Make some RZA shit just to get the juices flowing.

So I only get like the middle and bottom keys ASDF and zxcv but not qwer so I have to only map my samples to those keys and I can flip them. LMFAO Todd shit rough. I'mma try and fuck with the keyboard tomorrow when I'm back at work. Gonna go in an hour or two early and say I'm putting in job apps LMFAO. But yo, I'll upload my first beat soon. Got new sneakers like 6 months ago. Lol they were on sale for $30 even tho they're Perry Ellis. They WERE white but they're like an orange now almost. I had some shoes for crews and kept these nice for a few months but those got shredded within the last month because I don't think they were made for WALKING. LOL I should have kept them at the job and just wore them in the building to cut down the wear and tare. Now my actual nice shoes are fucked but I don't care.

Tell you what, tho. Feel like a ton of bricks been lifted off my shoulders since I wrote this last night. Almost got it completely memorized from watching this video 30 times. Lol

throwaway gawd get the same critique as the other one. the filtering of the sample or the quality of the sample seems too thin. not as thin as the first one tho. i dig it other than that though.

southern drawal is a banger.

years go by is a little hectic, kind of feels like something i would use for a hook section, if that makes sense, like im waiting on it to go into a verse pattern that isn't as busy with the guitars

oh baby needs another kick then the 808, something to occupy the lowmid range. even if you just follow the same 808 pattern, just layer a punchy kick on it, because it feels a little empty

southern drawal is the best of the bunch. so me trying to find shit to critique would be the south adlib hey things, i never liked those but they serve the purpose they were made for in driving the vibe. the bass is filthy. if you could figure out one little spaz pattern with it, it could help. like keep it the same but expand on it. like every 4th or 8th time extend it a couple notes. du-du-du-doo-doo, is how it is now but just put a couple more doo doos on it lol or something. but again i'm looking for shit to critique on it its solid

Southern is an original too. I literally stole the drum pattern from 0-100 trying to break down and understand trap beats better. I've got a song idea ready to go on that one.
