This def can be battle of the week, both are dope as fuck. AK was rustyy but hes gettin into his groove startin to drop some dope shit now, he got that he wanna prove he still top tier swag right now. he's def a threat to win the season which he has done before. This can be a contender for BOTW, both can drop litty. Nick just came back outta no where which is dope tbh he always got some nice bars. This def my fav battle this week, both got fire pulse can drop some sick shit & cred is dope period. 5. Profit has had a good couple of weeks and picked up a big win on Inf last week. He's got Hab this week and a win will put him into a champ match position. This is where he needs to come correct in order to establish his tier.

4. Karaoke took a Perfect KO last week and the league seems to be gravitating away from his discussion/pop topic style. I'm interested to see how he approaches the weeks ahead. My guess is stick to your guns and I wouldn't blame him for that. The style works well and is easy to write. He gets WRATH this week in what should be an eclectic battle.

3. Habitat squeaked by against Joog last week in a battle that literally came down to an overdue Des vote, as wild as that seems. Interested to see how Joog responds to that btw he wasn't pleased in chat. Hab has a contenders battle this week in one of the last steps towards cementing his spot in like mid tier or something

2. Alvin Karpis gets a title shot this week after beating best buddy Swerve again. He has been on a bit of roll if you include TWC, his verses have been very strong. This will be the hardest test yet as he faces Orc for the belt. These guys aren't strangers and I'm interested to see how inspired both are w/ their concepts.

1. Orc picked up a clean sweep on a very consistent Karaoke w/ a verse that is particularly iconic Aero I hope this week proves to be another steady step on the path to the playoffs w/ belt in hand. I feel like I should write more but I feel like we all know what's up here.

This has potential for one of the top battles of the week here. Sour Joog desperately needs a name change, but he’s been proving himself to be a contender in this league as well as the WC. SJ is a technical writer, not much s&f in his bars but they connect and do the job as the typical 1-2 punch. Swerve is a hit or miss. He can drop dope or he can slack and drop hot compliments, I guess it depends how motivated he is. I like Swerve but he needs to change his personality a bit. I’m going with SJ 55/45

Mr. J vs. Jay Welsh

Mr J actually voted last week lol I guess there really is a god after all. He’s been getting progressively better by like fractions so barely. Welsh is Flo Flo who is my boy, love the guy. If Letterman shows he’s another one who’s either a hit or a miss. He has the potential to drop some solid material including fresh wordplays, but every verse is a key. He doesn’t take his time, it’s unfortunate really. Nick James is in the mob circa 2006 and scared me shitless as a teen on RB. He was dope before, and he’s definitely gaining his rhythm back.
