i just copped some philly cheesesteaks and some NY pizza

basically just buy food from restaurants not where you are

maryland crab cakes/maine lobster/ny or chicago pizza/philly cheesesteaks/nashville hot chicken

etcetcetc

its pricey for sure but will be worth it on occasion

also they gave me this referral code so if any of you buy anything use it to get 25 off, and i'll get 25 off my next order lol

DERBYPIE2509

but word i was disappointed the joes pizza was sold out though. went with table 87, although both table 87 and robertas seem on some FANCY shit. im just tryna get some NY SLICES yadig. they gotta pretty it all up and shit though. still hoping its better than the shit pizza around heaa

How is that even possible?

How do I order food from NY if I’m in Miami? uh-oh

uh-oh
04-01-2018, 10:46 AM
you purchase it, they deliver it lol

but word depending on the food type, they cook it or not basically.

like the philly cheesesteaks i bought, they make the cheesesteaks and cook them, then freeze them overnight before shipping them with reheating instructions. same with the pizza. im assuming it ships like blue apron and other food services, with ice packs and insulated boxes

but word, its not like your getting it fresh out the oven, you do gotta reheat it.

but im guessing an ACTUAL philly cheesesteak, reheated how they recommend is still gonna body the steak and cheese from subway lol.

same with the pizzas. i mean we've made entire trips to jersey under the guise of visiting family just to come back with a bunch of pizza. so being able to just order the ny equivalent is dopeeee

Fair enough it's pretty simple though. Thinly sliced or shaved rib eye and provolone cheese are the main parts and a good roll.

Blue apron seems dope but so does this ish.

I’ve also been looking at meat boxes. Like same ish as the food delivery cept it’s all different cuts of meat, grass fed beef, chicken and pork. It’s a little up there in price but looks worth it. It’s called butcherbox if any one is interested

i havent tried the meat ones. blue apron was super hit or miss and not worth it at all to me.

you don't get to pick what they send you. so you get stuck with shit you'd never eat for 60 every two weeks. the food itself is quality. but the recipes are on some goofy shit. i remember i got some weird raisin chipotle meatloaf? like wtf. i just made burgers with the ground beef and threw the rest of it away lol

the best thing i got from blue apron was some taco thing though that was fire. mainly because the ground pork and sauce you made with it was ridiculous. been chasing that dragon since. but it was 1 thing out of 6 i got sent.

I don't give a fuck dude, really it was just my two cents. I used to be a chef in my early twenties. Most places you eat out from buy from a combination of quality vs profit margins. They aren't buying the best stuff. if you say the only place you can get a philly cheese steak that taste as good as a philly cheese stake is philly, thats cool too.

Great Britain's staple diet is not fish and chips. There is a huge variety of food here, we do not all just live on fish and chips, and in fact it's popularity is massively overstated, curries are much more popular...Chicken Tikka Masala is generally considered the most popular dish in Britain, while the traditional sunday roast and the 'fry up' are much more popular than fish and chips. Also, Wales is in Britain. Also, it makes me amused you would consider something gross without tasting it simply because it contains a small amount of blood...mixed with other ingredients, but probably eat sausages which often contain unspeakable parts of a pig, such as the anus etc. I do too, because sausages are dope as fuck, and I don't care what's in it....it tastes nice. Same with black pudding...it tastes dope as fuck, don't care what's in it.

We are more of a sponge than anything . Alot of foods are just universal aren't they. British foods a bit broader but English foods either like old school working class fill you up food tbh other than that its more about quality produce executed well. We got everything though, so its not like theres just one food everyone eats.
