IKEA or Walmart? Shit's obnoxious. Did it have the glue on or nail on cardboard backing? Hate that shit. That and the pre-glued wooden dowels you have to dip in water.

Just the cost of being near downtown and the beach. Not a mansion by any account. Charleston area is becoming Bay Area - East price-wise.
Word. Did you finally decided on something tho? I take it all the add ons like appliances and what not are the price increasers lol.

i didn't realize those wooden things were supposed to be dipped in water but this piece of knowledge just made everything else in the world make sense now. my cubes for vinyl record storage had a bunch of those, but id put them in and theyd just sink all the way in. i would stare at it like wtf? why would they drill a hole too big for the parts they provide?
this stand only had 4 of those total, just a shit load of screws for everything and like stickers and inserts to hide them.
just some amazon.com thing, ameriwood home or something was the company. basically ikea/wal mart type pressed wood nonsense
it looks pretty clean though.
i was gifted a year old couch thats decent, i didn't want it honestly because it opened the pandoras box of actually having to furnish my living room. i've been content just having an empty room there lol. but word just having a couch in a room was oddly more weird than just having an empty room. so i guess i'll fill it out.
my main AVERSION is i don't like moving things. so i don't acquire things worth moving outside the basics. i basically made a dope chill spot in my computer/studio room (main bedroom), which had everything. nice futon, tv, coffee table + my computer desk and all that nonsense, records etc. then my bedroom-bedroom was set up.
but the middle/ground level was just the kitchen/dining room decked out. then i hooked my pops up in the basement similair to me. he basically has his own living room and bedroom as well.
long post. just bored as shit killing time. uhoh's floorplan. but word now i have to furnish my actual living room that no one will use. like my gindaloon grandmas greatroom. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A ROOM YOU CAN'T SIT IN GRANDMA

If you have that kind of money I'd assume you'd invest in one the high tech sex dolls.
