A really great film about ptsd & child slavery. HiredGun/HitMan

A Dope French zombie/post apocalyptic film. No complaints here.

LENOX RECOMMENDED

(1). A quiet place
A good debut directory film by John Krazinsky (The Office)
he’s good in this, along with Emily blunt. The child actors were whatever. They did their job. A lotta great tension, but cheap jump scares and an abrupt cliffhanger ending. It left me with no choice to tally off a couple of points. There is a sequel in the makes. I have the upmost confidence that John will fix his mistakes. & I’m predicting AQP sequel we’ll be the best horror movie sequel in some years. (2). Super Dark Times
This really was unsettling, and was disturbing asf without feeling forced. Incredible teen acting. They also do a great job with themeing the movie in the 90’s. Dope flick. LINK: Netflix

yeah, ravenous and quiet place are dope. i'm with uh-oh, i prefer more psychological horror than visceral ones. those thing do nothing for me and more often than not are corny as hell. although there is one recent one that i def fucks with call "The Eyes of My Mother". that one was pretty ill, for a gore type horror.

I enjoy horror flicks as well. And absolutely hate those sci-fi super hero types of movies. I think as a kid I probably watched like 1 of the OG supermans lol... Amen I see your point but the difference is those movies (like most other genres) follow a story and characters and those determine if it’s good or not. The gore for gores sake flicks rarely if ever even have a story and become just about the gore. I’m sorry but liking super hero movies, mob movies, chick flicks whatever isn’t the same as liking gore movies. You need Jesus and/or professional help if you watch films just to see gore.

Nah i can watch them, they are the only ones that give me the creeps tho if im watching it stoned alone in my room at like 2 in the morning lol. Spooked out from creaks and noises like wtf lol.
