its not my cup of tea but it has its moments. the parts i enjoyed have so much build up to get to though it aint worth it

we're in like a progressive hip hop era these past few years, all these songs build and evolve as they move, and like progressive rock there is that 1 minute segment of a song your waiting on, and sure the journey to and from there is cool and complements it

but i dunno. i like my hip hop based on that section of a song thats dope repeated to death.

like premeditated murder was dope when it gets going, but if i was to cut the whole intro out, when it gets going it wouldnt seem to hit as hard

so on the one hand i like this as an album, like as a piece of music meant to be consumed as such and not just an assortment of tracks, i guess id still just prefer an assortment of banging tracks that have a dope vibe that continues throughout lol
