Currently smoking a Cuban cigar, drinking a beer, family is asleep, it's our last night in Lanzarote...we fly home at 9pm tomorrow, 4 1/2 hour flight at best, then a 2 hour drive... we'll be getting home at 4am...can't wait.

Nothing. Quit the Newports January 1st and have been going strong ever since.

Feel a hell of a lot better and more healthier. I believe I read an article stating it takes a good 8 to 12 months for your lungs to regenerate back to normal after smoking.

Good shit man. I quit dipping last Feb and can’t believe I used that garbage. It’s shitty for awhile but worth it

Don't even know why I started smoking again after quitting for a decade or so. I guess the whole "Looking cool as a teen" and myths of "Increasing the high effect" after smoking an L back in the day LOL.

NO real clue why but it's gross to say the least.
