I think he was doing hard sparing the night before leaving to Vegas. Which is obviously stupid as fuck. There's an interview he was doing on the fox mma hour show where Bisping immediately could tell something was wrong. That's where the commission caught wind of what was going on. He'll be fine. But FUCK this hurts more than the Khabib vs Cucuy cancellation at the last moment. This is getting crazy. The fall outs don't happen like this in boxing, belletor, or WSOF like they do in the UFC.

i sleep on most ufc fights. i wasn't even aware of ortega, but the ufc hype machine got me on it. he seems pretty legit. was looking forward to that more than stipe/dc. mainly because i don't like that fight for stipe, and i dislike cormier more than stipe.

I was a Rener gracie fanboy since I was a white belt, so I've known of T-City Ortega for a while... he's next level for sure. Holloway would of had his hands full, Ortega is a HUGE 145'er.

i just don't like this fight for stipe, i think a large part of his success is sure he's big, but he isn't giant and can out work his opponents intelligently, but still has that HW pop in his hands. DC kinda negates the advantages stipe has over his normal HW opponents.

im still pulling for the big white doofus though i just don't like this fight for him. but in the ufc's defense who else is stipe gonna fight thats remotely relevant
