This was a dope ass battle. Definitely a showdown right here, both battlers performed well and I’m sure the fans will be pleased after they read this. Both had a solid amount of nice bars, and also had the same number of misses. This could go either way, not even because of preference tbh - the wordplay that blue dropped here was excellent and meshed well in his diversified verse. The thing I think misses up Blue was his two misses that really didn’t have to be misses imo, but due to the reasons above in which I notated in each bar, is what hurt him. Jabari, solid verse and you came with the usual dope gunbar heavy verse that will never get old in my eyes as long as they aren’t played or wack. Your misses were simple mistakes, one was behblades which I wouldn’t expect you to necessarily know since you’re fairly new, but yes it is a played concept indeed. I’m sure Amen can even tell you he’s done a few back in his day. Your other Miss was Loch Ness which didn’t have to be a miss either but “big shit in blue” just felt somewhat lazy or just not impactful at all. This is super close but I have Jabari slightly taking it. Seriously no hate blue, I would’ve had you all the way here if that Knuck Punch was factual and it spark in your eye was actually called that.
