There's Mag Battler of the Month, where if you drop nice verses and punches then you get points. The points get added up, and the battler with the most points at the end of the month ends up with a contendership shot. That contendership shot can be used WHENEVER you like. If you have to sign out for any reason, then that is a great way to get back in the league, without having to battle a bundle of people who aren't as good as you. But you won't be battling people who are so shitty that it hurts to read their verses. They get moved to the Jr league, the Contenders Battle Association. So if you're worried about wack newbs screwing up your battles with their awful votes, then stop worrying, they won't even be allowed in to the league. Other leagues allow it, but the WBL doesn't.
The league is run flawlessly. Everything is ALWAYS up on time. You can check back through the archives to prove the validity of that claim, as it's 100% true. Mags are always up on time, and battles are, of course, always up on time. So don't worry about crappy leagues that say "oh, battles up tomorrow on Tuesday and mag up on Friday night", you'll get none of that in the WBL, so cast that worry aside as well. You're a talented battler. I wouldn't be getting at you if I didn't think so. You have a chance to prove yourself and improve the league. It's a win-win situation. Sign up and show that you're dope. Bring HAWT FIRE to the league and you will get your props, there's no doubting that. You will get your money as well, remember, $50 to be won per month.
