Ya man fuck md to. So hard. 3m has mandatory overtime for certain reasons that come up. For instance.. We all have 2 designates that cover our shift when we take off and then that goes the other way for when they take off. That one person covers the first 4 and the other covers the last 4 of the shift. One of my guys took a week off plus the ot i signed up for that shit stacked quick. But thats what up phil.

And Witty. I feel you. Just got my 3rd raise february 12th. Tacked another dollar on. I dont need the ot to survive. But it does help my account stack up once bills are paid so i do it at least 2 days a week. Just this last week i got hit hard with mandatory coverage.
