Alright, this is hella close for me

Tbh, I could've really fucked with barcs bar, but I can't think of a way to make Curry with JUST 3 ingredients. Even if you found a way to forgo oil (maybe a nonstick pan) you'd still need at the very least salt, garlic, a liquid base and a paste/powder (I guess you could get away without onion)

The only way I can see that flip making sense is if one of those ingredients was a pre-made curry base, where the bachelor throws a few vegetables/proteins in with it (Cauliflower, chicken, chick pea, maybe?), but I'm that scenario, he's invested the effort into cooking on two separate occasions for this one curry, which defeats the purpose of the bar. If barc had used a more realistic curry recipe this could've been fire - 6 ingredients curry would make it bar of the year:

Oil
Salt
Garlic
Onion
Coconut milk
Curry paste/powder
Chick peas

Unless I can see the 3 ingredients curry recipe in question, v/joog

Barcotic Is this Indian curry or Caribbean curry? Sharp curry has onion powder in it, you could pass the onions, but no one gonna eat that bland ass curry. & I love curry chickpeas

Suthaveli Being perfectly honest I’ll take diced and sautéed onions over onion powder in curry, but I only make vegetable curry so it adds some texture

Sharp. Word. I usually cut up onions as well. Gives much more flavor. Most curry powder alone consists of turmeric & onion powder in the ingredients. The paste gives a much more concentrate kick. After that, I feel coconut milk salt & pepper is pretty much the other main needs.
If you wanna add a protein to it & maybe some potatoes to add to the hardiness along w.the chickpeas & rice.
