Inspired by our very own Yellowstone Park Ranger Zunto
The premise is simple. 35 sit ups in one minute. Hands must be interlocked behind the head and elbows finish above the knee.
I know what you’re thinking. Why does he need 35 sit ups to round up Moose and Deer. I’m not so sure either. Apparently a strong core is vital.

Remember to tighten the abs as you do these, it makes the muscles work harder in the end makes the work-out much easier.
I personally don’t put the hands behind the neck due to the risk of a neck/strain. Cross my chest, or keep my hands extended and throw some jabs at my knees. I also elevate my legs at about 45 degrees so my entire core feels the burn, lol.

Ideally placing your hands behind the head would prevent you from swinging your arms to gain momentum and force you to isolate the abdominal muscles as the prime mover
But as the assholes that humans are we just use our hands to yank the body up by the top of the head compressing the neck lol

I go to the gym to exercise my mind, body and soul. Not for social media or anything else.
I don’t take pictures or videos.
But if you’re that curious, most boxers do those types of sit ups. Only sit ups I really do since I was young and trained wayyy back in the day. That or the legs moved in a peddle the bike type motion while I touched my knees with my elbows but those are more or so crunches then sit ups and did those more or so for the obliques.
You’ve never heard of site ups while your legs are elevated at about 45 degrees?
