Read at least 7.25 hours worth of reddit posts total this week so I'm ready. It seems the benefits of supraphysiological testosterone BY FAR outweigh the minimal cons. The problem with most users seems to be abuse. 100mg test in most cases gets you to upper 25% and anywhere from 1-150 usually get you supraphysiological. The problem with gyno and heart attacks is from dudes who begin at 500mg and escalate to 1g, 2g etc adding in toxic orals etc. 1200 ng/dl ( extreme elite natty test) is maybe 125mg. Dudes be at 3000ng/dl++++(one dude was at 50,000ng/dl at autopsy) blast and cruise for years thus enlarged heart etc. Upper natty levels actually quite healthy under a certain age and few if any sides imho

Yeah never mind. Did more research and I don’t think it’s healthy to abuse steroids. Will try TRT instead but I’m getting gains natty rn. Hit 275 bench today and I can run sub 5 minute splits like pure light work on 400m. Squat and Dead’s prob still pretty strong. Ran 6.5 miles today. That’s off decent diet and moderate drinking. On TRT and a clean diet with lowered alcohol that means I’d hit 3/4/5 plates on bench/squat/DL with ease plus the 5 minute mile. Since I got hands that’s all I need.

Depends on your tolerance for bro science. There is a bible of anecdotal literature, it’s up to potential users to do their homework, do their bloodwork and see where you fall on the side effects spectrum. Many people don’t aromatize or get any bad side effects even while running larger doses of test and multiple other oils / orals. The horror stories come from idiots injecting themselves with too much / not understanding what they’re putting into their bodies / not having medicines in place to combat any potential deleterious sides. If my Blood work comes back fine I am okay with the risk reward. I don’t get side effects on up to 700mg test/wk and slightly higher estrogen (without gyno, mood swings etc) is neuro-protective. only thing I’d like to avoid is organ enlargement, hence breaks, and I can handle a bit of high blood pressure (only thing bad I’ve really noticed). But creatine is cool for NRG I guess. Def worth it for the physique gains and interesting mental side effects imo, do you though.
