I love going to the casino and playing 1-2. Overall I'm down but I've been having success of late. I feel like every hour at the table is a learning experience. Definitely better now than last year. My problem is I'll build a big stack then lose it. Mainly by calling too many raises or being tempted and making a bad bluff. Gotta learn to cash out when I'm up but it's so hard to do early in a session when I want to keep playing. I guess I could become ultra tight when I get a stack but that's not how I play. I get the stack by seeing flops and trying to outflop good hands. So I don't know. Anyone play?

Still down because I was so bad when I started. And I run bad. That's what they all say but I truly run bad. But like I said, lately I've had success. Feels good to put hundreds in my pocket, sometimes a grand on a good night.

I play a decent amount live as well

What do you usually sit down with to start? $200 playing 1-2?

What are you asking? You don't run bad I assume you're very bad. Everyone deals with the same variance. Try to focus on spots you think you might be playing bad (even though you have no idea you are). Maybe watch some online content from people who have proven success or simply play a mass volume online until you work out your leaks.

listen to me real quick... I'm hella good or at least I think I am at hold 'em.

I went to a casino this was like a year ago, I played like how me and my friends would play... regular rules, or what I know as of regular rules. I lost like 40$ in one hand, 40$ in the next, I said WTF. I went off because I won but, they were like there are different rules at a table than regular playing.

I went off on the dealer, he was an asshole, the guy and couple who were playing together had no problem I just lost 80$ in 2 hands and I went off. The dealer was a dick I yelled they rang for security etc but I left before they got there. So I went to the Casino, and I don't know what the different rules where...

but in the US can you now legit... Michigan state play hold em for real money?

Globalpoker.com is your best bet. And if you're really good AND you get addicted, it sounds like you'll be making a bunch of free money!

Saturday was up 700 and didn't leave. Should have left.
Finished up 189. There's holes in my game.

If you are a winning player it doesn't matter when you leave. The point is to get to the point where you for sure have a win rate and play as long as possible unless you feel mentally unwell, too tired, etc etc. Of course there's holes, there's holes in EVERYONES game thats how it works but you have to target specific spots and figure out whats right/keep improving otherwise you'll just be drawing dead long term. Good luck :)

We could just put this to the test & play on any NA site lol, pick your stakes 2/5+, either game is fine.

The best way to turn poker into passive income is to have discipline. Be patient.
