Yeah, you’ll get used to it it may be tough starting out but you’ll be alright in the long run. Take care and don’t over do it.

Restrict your natural movement causing further damage if the lower back is strained.
Warehouse jobs are easy and require no thought what so ever. Majority are stepping stones to advance you in your career should you choose to move up with in the company which hopefully is a goal of yours.
What type of warehousing job is it? Distribution, receiving/loading dock or manufacturing?

For objects over 30 pounds, you should ask a coworker to assist you, never lift a box above your shoulders, and if you feel like you may be experiencing some kind of pain or mild discomfort, be sure to fill out an accident report detailing the cause of your bitchassness

worked at UPS straight out of highschool. not sure how close that is to warehouse but it does involves lifing and sorting heavy boxes
