They don't. But the thing is it keep us honest. If we just say no samples I have a hard drive full of shit I could just post. When we do these I try and hide the sample and add as much other sounds on top in general

yea you're pretty much free to use anything you want as long as you use the sample in some form. not really too strict on anything.
