Shits the worst pain I've ever felt. Like walking on gravel w barefeet w fire ants on my legs. Im bitching but it's really bothering me. Anyone dealt w this?
Nah I thought that was mainly for old people, or people lying.
Or young people that did some heavy heavy grunt labor for years... or sports injuries. That’s a lot of ors I suppose.
But yeah that sucks especially now they cracked down in pain pills even for people that actually need it, because of shit heads who don’t taking advantage.
Anyway how did that happen... I don’t think it’s a thing that just happens normally, usually.

I mean I did play 4 sports a year, baseball, basketball, football and track. I got smacked a couple hard times in football. Then recreational, racquetball, ping pong, tennis and golf.Golf is the hardest sport honestly btw.
Then my jobs have been always on my feet or moving shit around, bartending, river guiding, kayaks.
Is what it is. They told me it's compounded with a lack of nutrients and drinking too much,.
Shits wild bro, i lived too fast.
I do construction work and only people complaining about that are old, and half of them are lying.
Workout. Your core and lower back. Do some crunches or something. Idk.
Mybback used to hurt a lot did crunches and strengthened myself and it really helped. That was years agao tho. Whatever. Idk. Gl
Ouch cleans up the tools at the end of the day. Heavy lifting isn’t a part of his daily routine while “working construction.”

dealing with something like that rn tbh.
it's how you know you're out of shape when you go hiking in the woods and the next day you feel like you're 90 years old lol.
That’s what happens when you’re over weight.

I'm not overweight, I'm 5'9 162, I walk around in shape at 180 to 185. I've been 196, but I wasn't fat. I need to gain 10 to 15 if anything. Def out of shape though for what I'm used to.

That’s dope, congrats.
Keep that AA shit up if you feel it though and it helps.
At one point I could recite the 12 steps... had multiple sponsors at different times.
I just saw it as 1/3rd old weird ass drunks been sober forever but still come to this to have some sort of pathetic social life.
1/3rd people who at the end of the meeting you put your sign in sheet in the basket instead of a donation. For probation/parole.
And 1/3rd just random people on the fence for a few days.
If AA/NA works for you, or helps you in the short term ... awesome gives you strength in numbers and people being supportive hopefully. Good for you, long term solution it’s not... it’s ducking creepy.
