Man he really kinda fell off after that Diaz win. Seemed like a good guy though

nah bro
it was after diaz he kicked gsp's head off, no one has come closer to beating prime georges (other than hendricks who did)
also after this, in had possibly the greatest fight in the history of mankind with robbie? and i love lawler but that shit was a robbery!
condit's a former interim ufc champ. last wec champ. unofficially ufc champ. plethora of highlight reel finishes. insane finishing rate. best chin ever maybe. half of one of the best fights in history - where do i stop!!!??
the diaz win was one of his worst, he fought so unlike himself. he's still been competitive but time catches up to us all.
he is an all-time great, fuck anyone's opinion (especially elfo you dumb motherfucker)

What do all those accolades have to do with what I said lol, especially when all them happened before the point in time I was talking about, except the Lawler one but even that was a loss in a title fight. You can be an “all-time great” and still have a falling off point. It’s happened to many people before and will happen to people after him. The way you talk about him makes it sound like he was your favorite MMA fighter ever. I’m sorry if the news of his retirement caused you to feel down or something and I hope you feel better soon.

I don't remember the last time he was relevant but he was a big name when I was younger. Seems anytime he lost his momentum after that Diaz fight, it'd take him awhile to get it back...
Beats Diaz, 2 losses, beats Kampmann, loses to Woodley, beats Alves, 5 losses, 2 wins, loses to Griffin.
He's also 0-1 in professional boxing and 3-1 in kickboxing.
Nah bro, starting your career off 28-5 (5-1 UFC) and then going 4-9 in your final 13 is the furthest thing from falling off and if anything I’d be willing to say he was entering his prime after the Diaz fight. Legend has it he even beat the GOAT Court McGee

He beat McGee via decision.
