Pushing/shirt grabbing/etc is a sign of appreciation in battles. I reacted heavy because I genuinely liked the material and don’t really care enough to try to portray myself as unimpressed, which is what a lot of battle rappers go out of their way to do. There aren’t a lot of battlers that I’ve battled who I like as writers, though. If he was a large dude rapping the same shit, I would’ve reacted the same but it probably wouldn’t have been as obvious because that’s how basic laws of physics and inertia work.
