34 here, my 20s were a mess. Never been better, looking forward to my 40 and 50ss tbh, I do think there's only one way but up from here despite the fact that we're all getting closer and closer to our expiration dates in terms of health

You need to maintain your health tho, not stop working out or do the tough shit. Keep working on yourself and stop whining, 30-50s is when we as men look the best, too. Death is part of life, it's rough af but the only ones that can let ourselves degrade mentally and physically further is us
