Like I said its fashioned for me and works wonders for me. Give it a go for a month if you are truly interested let me know how it goes.
All exercises are 3 sets of 10 reps. You want to max out at 10 obv. 60-90 seconds rest between sets.
MONDAY - BACK
Seated Row - Pull to stomach NOT chest

Im gonna side with Diode and Cake and say that's a retarded routine... Why are you working incline bench, decline bench, and bench along with like 14 other exercises for 3x10 on a single day? is this HIIT with low weight or are you juiced out of your mind?
