User CP > Edit Options > Ctrl+F "Time Z"

But I swear I tried while I was in the spital and shit only gave me like 3 options

So be it I wasn't very lucid in the spital but I remember it wouldn't let me scroll down to other choices on my life ... maybe my phone was being a whore
