Damon
Denzel
Day-Lewis
It's hard to choice between those

For comedy purposes I'd throw a HM to Seth rogen and Jonah hill has really been stepping his game up lately in all aspects and bradley cooper also has been putting out some quality non silly comedy's ... Silver linings playbook was an amazing film

Daniel Day Lewis is the shit. Bill the Butcher is one of my fave characters ever.

a lot of people say Sean Penn but I think that he plays the same character in every movie. himself

Milk? Lol Penns an amazing actor.

I'd say Edward Norton but I haven't seen him in anything in awhile, and Leo would be my number 5. Once Leo started working with Scorcese his stock rose in my book.

It's really hard to do a top 3 in something like this.. & u didn't mention whether it was strictly movies, or if series can garner a position in the rankings.

So I'ma do a top five, in this order..

Leo
Denzel
Hanks
Buscemi
Waltz

Shot out to Cake for the Bardem mention.. dope.

Pitt
Bale
DiCapprio
Norton
D. Craig
Bardem
Depp
Downey

Some mentions include, again these actors don't really do much for me, and the previous list was in order. Though you might have to switch depp and norton.

There's a ton others that have okay movies

Washington
Hardy
Renner
Jackman
Wahlberg (Clown me, he's a decent actor, actually a good actor.)
A Lincoln
Freeman
Eh, smith? His movies seem to be weird and almost repetitive. Seven Pounds was my favorite from him, because although it was dramatic it had a sense of realness to it. I am Legend is cool and all, but he's done like 9 of those.
Liam Neeson anybody?
Christopher Walken (though subjected to tons of comedy films as of late.)
Michael Cain may not be dashing but he does move in a lot of films.
Malkovich
Crowe
Damon
Del Toro

Honestly, I never really liked Hanks. No idea why, I know he's revered as a great actor. Just never really liked him. He was cool in Castaway. I love Pitt. I'd marry Pitt.

Gosling has been in some dope movies but drive was the biggest piece of over rated shit I've ever seen esp his acting so to speak

The best part of drive was Bryan Cranston... That movie damn near unbearable

The Bryan Cranston references are GREAT too.

Let's just talk range/dynamics for a minute....

In breaking bad alone -- he goes from awkward, insecure, super geek -- to ruthless rule-breaking bad-ass.... CONVINCINGLY lol

Throw in "goofy dad character" as Hal from Malcolm in the Middle....

I hope he gets the Lex Luther part in the next Superman just to cement himself as one of the more well-rounded and nearly un-typecast-able actors of our day lol.

Drive was horrible ... I've watched it three times to make sure I wasn't bugging And like I said best parts were Bryan cranstons... It's just stale, his character wasn't written for him and it showed... I'd rather watch old gosling Mickey Mouse clubhouse episodes

Good gosling movies are Lars in real life, half Nelson and coughs notebook coughs

Ganster squad wasn't even that good ... Should of been fucking dope though
