Shit def looks banging but steak sauce kills that natural flavor ... I only use it if the steak is over cooked

Their are exceptions their diode ... ESP when you go to a family members house and they claim to be a chef ... over cook the shit out of it even though you specifically asked for a lightly seared exterior with a nice medium rare insulation between the walls ... And they said no problem, all this fucker heard was seared and my steak came back looking like it could produce diamonds

cous cous on deck. i'm a fan of marinating steaks, that way you don't need steak sauce once it's cooked.

I cook a steak with just flames and its flames ... Juicy, moist .. Tiny bit of pink in the middle ... It's its own flavor

i'm about the marinade unless it's a good expensive cut than just a bit of home made steak spice

no, that's how a grown man properly cooks a steak.

marinades are for lean cuts of meat.

how many oz of steak are we talking about here?

Thick cuts man, oz don't matter cause your steak can still be thin mattering what part of the animal it's coming from ...

Nice plump lean cuts cook easier, cheaper fat laden cuts tend to be harder to keep consistent.

Filet mignon even though expensive and thick is the most unflavorful but tender piece of the cow bascally back fat with no fat lol ... I thick ny strip cooks and tastes the best
