ayo, wuddup my swollen memberz on this biaaaa...

lookin to get back in the gym today and been doing some research but would appreciate the "expert" advice round hea.

used to work out LOTS few years back and been off and on since about 2011.. that's when i teetered out. i weighed like 175, SOLID, BITCH! and could bench about 205-215 once or twice(with a spot). squats wuz like 175 or higher n shit.

long story short, i went into this focused running portion of my life. a ton of 5k's and 2 half marathons later, i weigh probably less than 150, depending on how i'm eating and don't really know where to begin.

i have an idea of what to do, but what are some of YALLS recommendations.. at the moment, i'm prepping(not really) for a full marathon in january, so i aint tryin to be an angry bruce banner but at the same time, i aint trying to be a twig no mo' either.

whats good.. help a brutha out yo

Good first day back.

Kept it simple and light.

I squated 135lbs so I was happy to start back there. Felt like I could go up but didn't push myself too hard. Preciate the advise y'all
