Word up.
The way we won the opener was really good to see (for a Cavs fan) -- as our top 3 PG shot like 25%, our top 3 center played 8 minutes, our #1 overall pick had like 2 points off the bench, and our second first round selection was out.
against a team with 7 all stars... (albeit, some old all stars lol).
the bench getting like 27 points in the first half... finally got the depth to fill for some of our admittedly injury prone players, and rotate them more to hopefully keep 'em a bit fresher proactively.
top 5 in the east, playoffs or lotto bound?
uh-oh

i just don't even see them winning 30 games. keeping my expectations low so they prove me wrong and make me happy lol
and i'm definately not gonna say they fixed all there problems after one game against the nets lol

I'm a Knicks fan, but the Cavs have def improved this year w/ bynum and a few others. Irving is Also a rising star, but idk bout the playoff for them

lol yea i feel you for sure re: the expectations.
i am definitely going to say they fixed a lot of problems because of one game against the nets though!
needless to say, i appreciate the results are not statistically significant --- but it's significant enough for a cleveland fan lol ;)

They won't make the playoffs.
Please list the teams who are going to beat them out bro!
I think J. Metts has the most reasonable and least biased evaluation so far. He does not like Cleveland either, if I recall -- though few do, so it's a safe guess.
but for real, ya'll need to highlight who gets in those 6-8 seeds -- i see some clear 1-4, maybe 5, teams --- but 6-8?

lol I'm just fucking w/ u.. they might grab the 8 seed.
My Wizards gonna get that 6th or 7th tho... & it all starts tonight against Philly.

I can't stand the Cavs tbh. lol
of course you can't bro...
for the same reason i can't stand the Bulls of the early 90s for knocking us out of the playoffs year after year
and they couldn't stand the pistons before that for the same reason lol
the cycle continues my friend, the wizards will have their underling soon enough ;)

Working alot Lyfza Gamble
And namix is right 6-8 is up for grabs. Hoping the wiz grab anyone of them. We traditionally play the heat the best these last few years so If we gotta be a low seed id rather it be the 7-8 range then play the pacers.
uh-oh

FUCK THE WIZARDS
all i remember is you had that one lame dude who was beefing with lebron and he was just a jealous bum

I have waited 12 months to address the younger, dumber, and hopelessly optimistic year-ago-me.
Your career is centered around omnichannel predictive analytics, recognizing trends and capitalizing on tendencies... and yet, somehow, someway, you still fail to recognize one of the most blatant, reliable, and personal patterns of all... a seasonal trend which hits you like the flu but leaves you sicker in the stomach longer.
FUCK YOU year-ago-namix, for every year believing it's Cleveland's year --- and spending energy convincing others, so once you do, you have a better chance of eventually convincing yourself.
And don't deflect this with the whole "positive thinking" spiel. It's one thing to try to find the best in someone like Bags or some shit... but you, motherfucker, made an argument for andrew fucking bynum.. andrew fucking bynum.
We've grown apart over the last year, but every time i think about this I am embarrassed to have known you. andrew fucking bynum.
so on this anniversary of your last ill-advised overly-optimistic moment for the cavs... I'd like to say fuck you one more time, for your unrealistic expectations every year, and most recently in 2013, year-ago-you.
Clearly, 2014 is their year.
Go Cavs.

Clever, minute-ago-me ---- but i'm surprised you did not highlight the fact that year-of-ago-us called andrew shitty bynum a top 3 center... haha, top 3 center... andrew shitty bynum (i stopped saying the eff word since we last spoke).

The miami cavaliers will not succeed as long as Wade county and Boshraptor are out there.
