That Heatmakerz/Dip Set style of production is played out to me. Do dig the song in the car tho as in I won't change the station if it comes on, but aside from that meh. Prefer the one with him and Ross.

this isnt a heatmakers/dipset type beat lol. only resemblance is the high pitched vocal sample, but the beat itself, drums, piano etc, nothing similair. only reason heatmakers/dipset had them high pitched vocals was because the vocals were in the sample they were using to make the beat, and the music in the sample needed sped up to fit the hip hop format. they didnt pitch it for the high pitched voices like this, it was just what happened and it caught on.

but word im actually just peeping this tape now. jake one ate this alive. ive been trying to flip this sample for months but couldnt get it right. not super big on the beat cuz the south drums and stutter shit, but im just surprised he got the sample to work at all.
