Source: WR Smith to join Eagles if exam OK

Brad Smith, who was released by the Buffalo Bills on Friday, will visit the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday. If he passes a physical, a team source confirmed, the team plans to sign the 6-foot-2, 213-pound wide receiver/return man.
