I've never been pinned by a bench. If you can't get a spotter you just have to roll it down your body like an autist.
I've lost a squat, though. Twice. Had to dump it on the safety bars. Got down in the hole then my legs were like 'lol no thanks'. It's not a big deal, most gym goers don't squat period so fuck 'em.

i probably can't squat a lot of weight. i can squat a female who weighs about 130lbs. not easily. that isn't a lot; i know. i do them on my toes in between sets of pushups. lol rest period. i'm dying at the time so i'm sure it's doing stuff.

Ive had the situation where you have no spot for bench and you cant go any further, if you cant re rack it just carefully drop it on your lower chest and roll it down to your hips then stand up.

I don't care about building muscle anywhere but my knee. I only work out because of a torn ACL. But I'll let my orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist know that an Internet rap friend says their rehabilitation plan is useless.
