View Full Version : Shit is fucking crazy
I saw one of my really good friends that i had not heard from in about 4 years. It was this weekend. I would've been happier if the circumstances weren't as they were.
I was handing out food and supplies for the homeless in my town and he was one of the people i gave a pack to. He was riding an old ass bike and was very much tweaked out. I wouldn't have even recognized him if he hadn't greeted me first. It was the first moment in my life of experiencing full fledged pity. He still had a very endearing smile that i remembered, but it was riddled by a lot of pain an substance abuse. He's such a good kid, and it sucks. Hes only 21. Shit is fucked man.

That is honestly the truth. If I ever saw a friend of mine like this I would punch him in the face and call him a retard. Then offer my hand in friendship and love, a promise to help him through this. Then punch him in the face again and steal his food, because weakness is a disease and we all gots to eat.
I changed cities for a few years, came back and one of old best friends was a herion addict,
I eventually convinced him to get off it, and let him stay at my place for a week to dry out.
Hes a meth head now... I wont ever talk to him again.

Lol, you didn't have to cushion the sincerity of your first post, I get what you're saying. But I'm all too familiar witg his life and drug addiction, so I'm inclined to be more understanding. Plus, I wasnt going to be a life changing moment for him in the few minutes I gave him food. A slap would've pissed him off lol.

Meth ruins relationships man. Case in point, i hadn't seen my dad in 5 years, dude writes me outa the blue from prison saying that he was in on some robbed burglary charges. He's a meth head, and I'm out a father. Its crazy man
