Creatine Monohydrate - I read that if u take a lot it can halt your body's natural production of the shit. Shit also makes me fart a lot, been "loading" 15g/day for the past 3 days to saturate my cells nigga, heard u only need like 2-5g/day though according to studies. It helped me lift like 2 more reps, my 15 weight increased to 17 @ bench, but that's also prob b/c i haven't worked out in mad long so my shit is fast af right now b
casein - shit tastes good as a motherfucker with whole milk b4 bed, I love this shit my g, don't even care if it doesn't do shit
pre workouts - Doing c4, shit aiight, I tried jack3d and it was way better imo

Oit of the 3 i only use pre workout..... i dont even really like it? I use assault by muscle pharm....idk i dont really be feelin like i can lift more at all :/
As far as creatine....i never really heard anything good about it....any1 that lifts and is in pretty good shape that ive asked has always steered me away from it.... and casein is wat.... a dif type of protein? I see it reccomemded on bb.com alot i guess....

I have BodyFortress Welfare Whey. The gains are negligible and I doubt it helps me lift heavier, its just easier getting scoopfuls of protein handouts instead of working to get real proteins. But at least I qualify for some scholarships now

Creatine is great. Creatine with DMAA is even better. Just make sure you can handle the stim.
Casein is found in many protein complexes. I don't really care where my protein comes from as long as it is high in carbohydrates and low in sugars. "Bulking" protein is usually the best deal in the store if you take it in quantities less than the tub recommends. Do some quick math to figure out the ratio of carbs per dollar per serving and just avoid anything with ridiculous sugar/fillers. That 7lb tub of 8-serving "weight gainer" is usually a great deal if you increase the volume to 30+ servings by cutting a "serving" into 1/3 or 1/4.

squat 1rm: 365 (it's been higher but i have nagging groin and hamstring injuries)
standing ohp: 190 (crippled by a surgically repaired shoulder)
goals?
bench: 350
dead: 500
squat: 400
ohp: 225
i currently feel like i am reaching the maximum of my capability at this weight. i've been as high as 210 and low as 135 in my life. there is a noticeable difference in my core stability with more muscle weight packed on. it's seemingly impossible to get back to 200 with all the calories i burn in BJJ unless i made an extremely concerted effort to go all michael phelps on my diet. at 30 years old, the risks of doing that versus a nominal strength increase don't seem too appealing. i doubt i'll hit my goals in the next year.

I guess I train different....I want real world strength. I can do 50 pullups in no time. I am working to be able to do a muscle up. The ultimate definition of FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH. I could care less about traditional exercises as the end all. I train to be a beast functionally. And kill many men.

I mean, what's a cycle or 2 in the grand scheme of things. One or two cycles will only shrink my balls by 5% maximum and my shits are already mad swole and hang low so it's not a problem. After I finish cycling mono creatine and legal roid pillz like twice I'll prob have reached my goals judging by these reviews then I'll go natural to maintain my gains and chug organic olive oil on a daily basis to maintain a massive level of testosterone bc monohydrates

For me it's an existential problem. That cycle of steroids would give me more gainz in a month than I've had in a year. Even if I cycled off and stayed natural thereafter I'd know it wasn't just me and my own sweat and dedication, with what I was given genetically, that accomplished it. It's an admission of defeat. It's saying "I'm so vapid that I'm going to change what's inherently me so I can achieve a standard of aesthetics and strength I want." It's pussy shit. I'd rather be less aesthetic and strong and earn it than take a magic cure-all for my deficiencies. Anything gained through means such as that isn't worth it.

feel u. @ 1 point i was in a similar mindset.
Then I fucked up a tendon or some shit @ 18 y/o doing incline bench. No lifting 7 yrs, mad painful. Now that it healed mostly I am almost back to that strength level and I know if I kept lifting 7 yrs I'd already be @ or past my goaLS. therefore for me this quandary is no issue as the gods willed my supplication to the steroid gods, not me. I didn't need it but I got my elbow rocked on incline bench b. F that I want a sexy tattoo ASAP my g, don't worry you'll still prob be slightly stronger than me after i cycle homie
