Saints lose rookie Vaccaro to broken ankle

New Orleans Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro suffered a fractured ankle during the team's 17-13 loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday and will have surgery Tuesday, according to coach Sean Payton.
